In partnership with the Washington State Transit Association (WSTA), PointNorth is leading the Transit is Why public education campaign, leveraging creative strategies to spark behavioral change and foster a deeper appreciation for public transit across Washington. Through compelling branding, video storytelling, and impactful social media, we are shifting perceptions and driving public support for transit.

PointNorth has worked to develop tailored messaging that resonates with both drivers and non-drivers, emphasizing transit’s vital role in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, low-income communities, and rural residents. With a focus on the impact of public transit, our strategy amplifies the value, necessity, and voices of those who rely on transportation services to access jobs, healthcare, and essential services. By showcasing real stories and experiences, we are building a unified narrative that highlights transit as a lifeline for many, while driving support for a more connected Washington.
