City of Tacoma
To empower the launch of the City of Tacoma’s Urban Design Studio (UDS), PointNorth developed a comprehensive engagement plan. This effort included extensive research on Tacoma's projected growth—127,000 additional residents and 97,000 new jobs by 2040—and the development of tailored messaging to connect with and excite contractors, developers, community-based organizations (CBOs), partners, and residents.
In addition to these materials, PointNorth produced new logos and branding guidelines for both the Urban Design Studio and Natural Resources to establish independent, recognizable identities with which the public can engage.
